Abstract
SummaryBone scintigraphy in diagnosis of knee derangements is a very useful investigation. From its inception, bone scintigram has developed into a reliable tool with advancing technologies of both hardware and software. The bone scintigraphy is not widely performed though it can be very rewarding especially in diagnosing knee lesions. Bone scintigraphy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are complementary in diagnosing the lesions and where MRI is contra‐indicated, bone scintigram has established itself as an alternative.
