Abstract

Personified models of standard, as the reasonable man, are part of everyday life for lawyers. There is hardly a field of law in which reference to legal models of standard is unusual or uncommon. However, their functions are quite different and the abundance of manifestations immense. This paper focuses on legal models of standard across the different fields of law. It aims at systematizing the multitude of forms that can be found in the law in force, examines their legitimacy as well as the usefulness of their application.
