Abstract

2017 is a milestone. Forty years after the Pound Conference in the United States, at which Professor Frank Sander shared his vision of ADR and the Multi-Door Courthouse, the Global Pound Conference (GPC) in 2017 has completed its inaugural tour around the globe. In this article written in German, the author draws a balance and reflects on mediation today as well as burning questions of the future.
