Abstract
Optimal treatment with antipsychotic medication in combination with psychosocial interventions are the main ingredients of a strategy for the prevention of psychotic relapses by continuous minimal effective medication, by low dose of doctor-prescribed depot neuroleptics, and intermittent self-managed oral antipsychotic psychopharmacological treatment.□ Combined strategy, Depot neuroleptics, Oral antipsychotic medication, Relapse prevention, User participation.
