Abstract
The main problem concerning the growth of thin films through solution spraying is the low deposition efficiency. Even though this problem proves to be sound, the authors seldom determine explicitly the efficiency obtained during their deposition. The generally measured parameters are, instead, the thickness of the films and the growth rate. This study develops a method in order to compare, through the values of the above-mentioned parameters, the deposition efficiencies obtained by the various authors.
