Abstract

Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) communication are considered to be the key technology in 5G to address coverage and emergency communication in remote areas. In order to achieve full coverage for all users, we consider using multiple UAVs to jointly provide coverage for the target area. And there is interference between multiple UAVs, which will reduce the received signal-to-noise ratio of users, thus affecting the communication quality. In order to reduce the interference in the communication of multiple UAVs, an optimization problem model is established to maximize the minimum transmission rate of users. The proposed multi-population genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem and the locations of all UAVs that maximize the minimum transmission rate of users are obtained.
