Abstract

This paper provides the research data devoted to the influence of photocatalyst production method as the heterogeneous structure of calcium bismuthate–bismuth oxide on its optical and catalytic properties. Two method of photocatalyst production were researched in “core–shell” type. In the first method the core is bismuth oxide, and the shell–calcium bismuthate. The second method uses the reversed sequence of abovementioned layers. It is specified that the quantitative and spectrum properties of the absorbed radiation are dependent on the sequence of the core and shell layers in the photocatalyst particles.
