Abstract

A microscopic theory of dispersion of optical activity is constructed for the case of a molecular crystalline multilayer, whose layers varies in width and includes point defects. We substantially rely upon the previously developed phenomenological approach to the same problem. The results obtained may serve to extend the capabilities of modeling of optically active multilayered composite materials.
