Abstract

The magnetoresistance effect and magnetic properties of Ni-Co-Fe thin films prepared under various deposition conditions were studied. An anisotropic magnetoresistivity ratio of above 5% was obtained. The value of ? av depends on the substrate temperature and film thickness, but ?? does not. Both ? av and ?? were measured as functions of temperature; the results showed that the temperature dependence of ? av is quite similar to that of the MR ratio.
