Abstract

The effect of electrolytic hydrogen saturation on the critical cleavage stress τ cr was studied as a function of test temperature, duration of hydrogen saturation, and orientation of the tension axis in single crystals of Fe-18% Cr-14% Ni-2% Mo austenitic stainless steel.
