Abstract

The changes in optical parameters in the course of acetylene polymerization on the catalytic system CO(NO 3) 2/NaBH 4 have been studied. It is shown that the increase in the degree of polymerization leads to a shift of the absorption band to the long wavelength region. This shift is assumed to be due to the formation of a solid state.
