Abstract
ABSTRACTThe effect of sucrose content and nitrogen containing compounds on the biotin content in molasses samples was investigated. To determine the interdependence of these parameters, linear regression was performed. There is a significant dependence of biotin content on the purity and total nitrogen content in molasses and on the ratio of sucrose to dry matter.
