Abstract

An influence of matrix absorbance on electrodynamic coupling in arrays of close-packed plasmonic nanoparticles and on the surface plasmonic resonance absorption (SPRA) band was analyzed with the use of the Mie theory and statistical theory of multiple scattering of waves. A miss of the concentration red shift of the SPRA band in Cu–C60 nanostructures was observed experimentally and explained.
