Abstract
AbstractTwo protected trinucleotide blocks MMTr‐TpTpT and d‐MMTr‐ABzpTpGi‐Bu were synthesized using phosphodiester approach. The purification of these blocks was achieved in satisfactory yields simply by extraction into a binary organic solvent.
