Abstract

Dento-facial morphology was studied in a group of 20 adult individuals of Norwegian ancestry with pathological attrition of the incisors. The findings showed that the mandible was more horizontal, the gonial angle more acute and the mterincisal angle more obtuse than in a normal adult material. The relationship between the muscular hyperactivity assumed to cause attrition and be associated with the morphology was discussed.
