Abstract

This paper presents a case in which several interesting features are noted: a) a large and apparently rapidly growing dentigerous cyst in a young child, b) the occurrence of such a cyst in an uncommon location, c) the presence of a primary central incisor fused to a primary lateral supernumerary incisor, d) the displacement of several permanent teeth, and e) the congenital absence of a permanent lateral incisor.
