Abstract
AbstractItinerant ferromagnetism in amorphous systems is investigated. Both, the lattice model and the model of dense random packing of hard spheres (DRPHS) are used to simulate the amorphous structure, for the last one the conncective topology is discussed. The density of states of electrons is calculated using a continued fraction method. The influence of off‐diagonal disorder on density of states and stability of ferromagnetism is considered, where qualitatively similar tendencies are obtained for lattice model and DRPHS model.
