Abstract

This is a report of a successful treatment of a toothaffected with dens evaginatus. The pulp died early; the apex was wide open and a draining sinus tract was present at the time of the first examination. Apexification using MultiCal was done. The apex closed and orthodox root canal obturation was performed 61/2 months later. The patient was recalled after 15 months and the healing was even more obvious.
