Abstract
ABSTRACT Novel high-efficient demulsifiers QFB with anionic group and QFC with anionic and cationic group were synthesized by esterification-polymerization method from polyether BH-72 for the demulsification of ASP flooding produced fluid from heavy crude oil in offshore oilfields in this paper. The demulsification effect of BH-72, QFB, and QFC was investigated by Analyzer of Concentrated Liquid Dispersions and QFC had the best demulsification performance. The optimal dehydration rate of produced fluid can reach 95.3% with 80 mg/L QFC after settling for 30 min at 60°C under ultrasonic enhancement.
