Abstract

Abstract This paper contains the experimental study on use of the E-plastic waste as a partial replacement of coarse aggregate in concrete by using the super plasticizer and admixtures. E-Plastic waste is one of the largest growing wastes in the world and it is very harmful to the environment. In the rapid growth of technology it is becoming important and necessary to handle the E-waste. Here, in this case study the E-plastic waste is used to improve the properties of the M60 grade of concrete. This paper also highlights the high strength properties of concrete with the addition of E-plastic waste and the partial replacement of coarse aggregate with the different percentage of the E-plastic waste (0%, 8%, 12% and 16%) and also the admixtures like the fly ash is added to improve the strength of the concrete. The concrete specimens are casted and experimented for the Slump Cone test, Compression strength test, Flexural strength test and Split Tensile Stress. The workability of the concrete mixture results are compared for the 7 days, 14 days and 28 days of curing.
