Abstract

The demographic situation in Russia remains rather complicated at present. National programs that are developed and adopted by the government are aimed at solving demographic problems. An increase in the birth rate, a decrease in mortality, and an increase in natural population growth are priority components of this situation. According to the Federal Statistics Service, as of January 1, 2020, the country's population is 146 745 098 people, and Russia occupies only 9th place in the world ranking. The population is the state's renewable resource, which depends on many demographic indicators, one of which is the mortality and birth rates. Oncological diseases are one of the causes of population mortality, the mortality rate from which is about 20 %. The problem is important and occupies a major place in the incidence of oncological diseases in the child population.

Численность населения страны составляет 146 745 098 человек, и Россия занимает только 9-е место в мировом рейтинге. Численность населения – возобновляемый ресурс государства, зависящий от многих демографических показателей, одними из которых являются показатели смертности и рождаемости. Проблема важная и занимает главное место в заболеваемости детского населения злокачественными новообразованиями. Занимал третье место в мире по численности населения, уступая только Китаю и Индии. В настоящее время, по данным Федеральной службы статистики, число постоянных жителей России составляет 146 745 098 человек, и страна занимает 9-е место в мире по численности населения. Россия сегодня в мировом рейтинге занимает 10-е место по смертности населения. В европейских странах онкологических заболеваний являются основными причинами летальности среди детей до 14 лет и занимают второе место [10, 14]
