Abstract
A demographic correlation analysis was performed to examine a relationship between maxillary sinuses cancer and several occupations. The age standardized mortality rate of male maxillary sinuses cancer by prefecture for 1975 and 1980 were correlated with the proportion of persons engaged in each occupation by prefecture for 1955, 1960 and 1965. The male transport, communication and construction workers showed statistically significant positive correlation with the male maxillary sinuses cancer mortality.
