Abstract

In a dystopic America, a European expat falls in love with a woman named Honey, who shortly offers to ‘consign’ her youthful skin to an aging client for money. In the aftermath of abandonment, the protagonist struggles to cope with her lover’s transfiguration and the implications of time and beauty, all set against a distinctly capitalist America.
