Abstract

The results of the follow-up study showed that Group A, while increasing its economic understanding slightly, did not do so by a significant amount (a = .28). Group B, on the other hand, showed a significant increase (a < .001). This result was anticipated since the subjects in Group B all scored lower on the first test. These results substantiated that the concept of diminishing marginal returns is valid in the field of economic education.
