Abstract

Living with dementia is an increasingly common experience as more of us are reaching an advanced age. Towards the end of life, many people who have dementia will require the support of a care home. This digest reviews two studies evaluating interventions aiming to increase comfort and wellbeing in care homes for the very old with dementia towards the end of life.
