Abstract

In order to improve the delivery efficiency of electric logistics vehicles, it is necessary for us to take into account the time spent by the electric logistics vehicle in charging station when planning the delivery route. Firstly, the factors that affect the delivery time of running electric logistics vehicles are analyzed, and full information acquisition system based on the Internet of Things technology is designed in charging station system which can collect the information of electric vehicles in charging station, including charging as well as waiting for charging electric vehicles. Secondly, the mathematical model of the minimum delivery time of electric logistics vehicle is constructed, and availability of dynamic programming theory application is analyzed, its solving step is introduced. Finally, a case study is used in verifying the proposed model. According to the remaining battery power of the logistics vehicle battery, the available charging stations are selected, and optimal delivery route is also gotten, in which the full information including waiting time during the charging process are considered. Then, an accurate route planning scheme is provided to drivers of electric logistics vehicle.
