Abstract

This paper presents the results of a survey of respondents' attitudes related to the delivery of goods, ordered online, by courier services, in the period before and during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus. The aim of the study was to analyze the attitudes of users to assess whether there were changes in attitudes during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus, and observed in relation to the period before the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus, which relate to online shopping, to assess the quality of courier services by the respondent, and on the delivery of goods.
