Abstract
Avulsion of both central incisors occurred in a 14-year-old boy who was involved in a swimming pool accident. The teeth were found at the bottom of the swimming pool 18 hours later; they were treated endodontically and replanted. Follow-up examinations during an 11-year period showed progressive root resorption; the teeth are clinically normal.
