Abstract
Benign duodeno-colic fistulas are rare and no case of post-gastrectomy duodeno-colic fistula can be found in the literature. The present case is of interest in that symptoms of the fistula began three years after a gastrectomy for a peptic ulcer of the duodenum. No definite pathological basis for the fistula could be found.
