Abstract
Content centric networking (CCN) is considered as the prominent future Internet architecture. However, CCN has not widely taken the side effect to the occurrence of network congestion. So, this paper proposes the delayed data control scheme in CCN environment to provide low communication overhead, short download time, and low resource consumption. The proposed scheme tries to delay the transmission of data packets during network congestion.
