Abstract
In utero exposure to anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies can result in transient B-cell depletion, delayed B-cell maturation, decreased immunoglobulin production and inadequate vaccine responses in the infant. These children require immunological follow up and personalized vaccine schedules.
