Abstract

In this paper, we consider the problem of the absolute stability of Lur'e systems with interval time-varying delay and sector-bounded nonlinearity. By using the Lyapunov functional method, and noticing that the useful term is reserved when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional, delay-dependent absolute stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness and the less conservativeness of the proposed method.
