Abstract

Objectives: Elderly patients with ovarian cancer represent a vulnerable population that frequently demonstrates poor outcomes. In this study, we sought to evaluate the impact of treatment modification (dose delays and reduction) on overall survival in the elderly as well as to characterize treatment patterns in this population and how they relate to overall survival (OS).
