Abstract
The review analyses 61 publications on the use of delamanid, a new drug for the treatment of drug resistant tuberculosis. It presents information about pharmacokinetic parameters, efficacy and safety, as well as the place of delamanid in the combination therapy of multiple drug resistant tuberculosis. It tells about specific parameters of delamanid use in children and HIV patients.

Summary
The review analyses 61 publications on the use of delamanid, a new drug for the treatment of drug resistant tuberculosis. Деламанид получил регистрационное удостоверение в России в качестве противотуберкулезного препарата для лечения у взрослых ТБ легких, вызванного МБТ с МЛУ. Клиническая эффективность, безопасность и переносимость деламанида изучены в рамках двух клинических исследований II фазы и одного исследования III фазы, которые стали крупнейшими в мире исследованиями противотуберкулезного препарата для лечения ТБ с МЛУ (МЛУ-ТБ).
