Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Adrenal androgens contribute to ovarian steroidogenesis. While oral supplements of DHEA have been suggested to improve ovarian responses to gonadotropin in poor IVF responders, there is no such correlation with endogenous levels of serum DHEAS. Our purpose was to determine if FF levels of DHEA or DHEAS are important correlates of steroidogenesis and IVF outcomes.
