Abstract

According to the requirements of the product's manufacture, shape-surface deformation of satellite antenna must be measured in course of thermal-deformation testing, in order to validate whether the product's design, manufacture technique and assemblage can comply with the requirements of its shape-surface deformation index. In this paper, techniques of digital close-range photogrammetry were successfully used in the high-low temperature measurement of satellite antenna test, and problems of traditional measuring methods that cannot be conducted in the high-low temperature environment was overcome. Excitingly, the maximum value of the RMS of the repetitive measurement accuracy of the coordinate is not more than 0.05mm, and the amount of shape-surface deformation is less than 0.3mm (RMS) at the difference of every 40°C, and the technical design index of the amount of shape-surface deformation is achieved.
