Abstract
We have measured the cross sections for excitation of the ground-state rotational band in $^{152}\mathrm{Sm}$ by high-energy electrons. The ground-state charge distribution has been determined including the deformation parameters ${\ensuremath{\beta}}_{2}$ and ${\ensuremath{\beta}}_{4}$ of the nuclear surface.
