Abstract

The steel shell concrete sinking pipe of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan link construction is poured with high fluidity self compacting concrete. The concrete changes from the initial flow plastic state to the later hard plastic state. The stress deformation of the steel shell is difficult to analyze due to the change of concrete strength, while the concrete pouring process and the temperature stress field generated by hydration heat also have an impact on the deformation of the steel shell. In this paper, the influence of concrete pouring mode, concrete hydration heat and steel shell support system on the deformation of steel shell is compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the steel shell sinking of deep and medium passages should be poured uniformly by jumping silos, without supporting devices, and the hydration heat has little influence on the deformation of the steel shell. According to the optimized process after comparison, the E1 pipe section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan link construction was poured. The real-time monitoring results of pipe joint deformation show that the deformation value of pipe joint conforms to the acceptance control requirements after the optimized casting process.
