Abstract
We consider the lattice of subalgebras of a semifield of continuous positive functions on an arbitrary topological space and its sublattice of subalgebras with unity. The main result of the paper is the proof of the definability of any semifield both by the lattice and by its sublattice . Bibliography: 12 titles.
