Abstract

This writing offers practices for embodying equity arising from Elisha MacMillan’s therapeutic work with women and children in movement, West African drumming and enlivened body knowing over decades. She raises the question what it would take to embody equity through personal narratives of shifting relationships with her past, her body, and many beings with whom she is in relation.
