AbstractFor many years, China has attached great importance to the work of professional and technical police talents and introduced a series of new initiatives to attract, train and use talents, so as to speed up the pace of building a highland of professional and technical talents and create a police talent team with a large scale, reasonable structure and high quality. The untiring efforts made by the government have strongly promoted the comprehensive development of the city's public security work and the construction of the public security team. Strengthening the construction of a professional and technical police force is of great importance to improving the combat effectiveness of public security teams, maintaining social stability, combating crime and protecting people's lives and property.
