Workforce 2000 and the workforce of today is significantly diffrent in its age distribution, increasing equality of men and women, cultural diversity, range of educational levels, inclusion of persons with disabilities, and mix of values and altitudes. The basis of any effective human resource process is matching people and jobs so the organisation and its employeess benefit.
