Abstract
Using a previously discussed dynamical model, we show that the baryon octet and decuplet poles alone lead to a simple explanation of the observed parity-violating nonleptonic hyperon decay amplitudes, essentially without involving any unknown parameters, provided that the strong interactions are $\mathrm{SU}(3)$-invariant.
