Abstract
In this paper analysis defined that what are the various types of defects and troubles that are occurring in cam lobe manufacturing industry while manufacturing cam lobes and cam shaft assembly stations. Six sigma is a data driven methodology which is used to define each step in the manufacturing process. By defining each step. Six sigma analysis can evaluate troubleshoots occurred in specific process. By this paper analysis can solve the rejections in manufacturing line by knowing the current capabilities. After the reorganization problems and implemented tools given some suggestions to improve capability and reduction in variation of process. Implemented suggestions are successfully approved by the company then rejections are reduced in suggestion manner by six sigma techniques.
