Abstract

By using a conventional slotted-line technique, a high value of VSWR can be measured by initially obtaining a reading at the V <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">min</inf> , and then, without changing the meter scale, decoupling the probe in successive increments until the V <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">max</inf> is reached.
