Abstract

Decision-making of landslide treatment schemes is a complex system problem. Basing on information entropy theory and set pair analysis theory, a decision-making model using a concept of approaching degree is described to select a best treatment scheme for landslide disaster in this paper. For each evaluation index, identical degree of set pair between the evaluated scheme and the best scheme is calculated, and then the approaching degree between the optimum scheme and each scheme is specified to optimization. And a method used to integrate weights of evaluation indexes is discussed to mining information of evaluated scheme and expert's experiences. Moreover, a practical example was conducted to confirm the feasibility of this model. The results and comparison with fuzzy optimization method show that this proposed method is feasible, easy and effective to select the best treatment scheme, and capable to improve the reliability of decision-making. It also provides a reference method for the decision-making of other project schemes.
