Abstract

In this paper, a planned maintenance cycle model with the lowest maintenance costs is established to ensure the reliability and operating status of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment. The proposed method is obtained based on the reliability analysis and fault characteristics of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment. In view of the feature of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment that was susceptible to environmental changes, we find out the relationship between the change law of the equipment operating state and the condition monitoring feature quantity by using equipment condition monitoring data. A Proportional Hazard Model (PHM) state maintenance decision model based on Weibull proportional risk model is given, and case analyses of the two models are performed separately. The results of the case analyses show that these two models can effectively improve and ensure the reliability and operating status of the equipment, thereby further promoting the current maintenance level of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment.
