Abstract

The expansion of the coverage areas of telecommunications networks poses the task of improving the quality of service for telecom operators. Currently, in the conditions of transferring employees to a remote mode of operation, the access equipment of individuals is beginning to require much more attention to failures, as well as the communication equipment of legal entities. In both cases, the unavailability of the data transmission network associated with the failure can lead to various kinds of financial and administrative liability. In this paper, we propose algorithms that underlie the developed decision support system for evaluating the operational states of data transmission system elements. The system is designed for the analysis and formation of recommendations on conducting scheduled preventive maintenance or responding to pre-emergency and emergency incidents.
