Abstract

In the present paper the author has analyzed the problems of optimal detection of noisy stochastic signals having known spectral-temporal structure through normal noise with a flat spectrum in a receiver passband. The likelihood ration and the decision statistics are obtained. The detector block diagram is developed. Approximate expressions for the conditional amplitude probability density are found if the Gaussian interference alone is active at the input and if both a signal and interference are likewise involved.
