Abstract

The paper investigates the issues of building decision support systems based on Big Data. The emphasis is on solving a number of relevant problems, including delayed decision-making, unification of system architectures, and reducing the cost of their development. It is shown that the main reason for the delay is a large number of data sources and a massive amount of information required for synthesizing solutions presented in different languages. For a comprehensive solution to the lag problem, a unified multi-agent architecture and software system are proposed, which, at the user’s request, automatically analyzes text in different languages from thousands of heterogeneous sources in different countries and synthesizes a relevant result to the query. An example of using the system to for decision making on the purchase of goods based on an analysis of customer opinions in different countries is presented.
